Simply get the shuttle (line 40) in Rostock at the Hauptbahnhof Süd or at Kröpeliner Tor. This will take you directly to the ferry at the international port. Board one of the Scandlines ferries and travel over to Gedser.
At the ferry terminal the yellow bus (line 740) will already be waiting to takeyou to Nykøbing.

All connections are adjusted to each other. And it is just as easy to coming back again.

Please be aware that between January - March 2012 cabs will be provided instead of busses for transportation on the shuttle line 40.

The cabs will be marked seperately and will be provided at the stops of line 40. The price of the Easyway-Ticket remains the same.

For passengers without Easyway-Ticket for line 40 are valid the regulations of the line-cab on demand.

You can order at the RSAG if you dial (0381) 802 1900 until 30 minutes prior to departure at the latest or inform our staff when getting on a RSAG bus or tram about your preferred Trip according to the schedule.

Please always give note on the number of passengers as well as start and goal of the trip.

General remarks:

• the corporate terms of transportation of the Verkehrsverbund Warnow apply nonrestrictively
• passengers can only start a trip if they are in possession of a valid ticket of the Verkehrsverbund Warnow
• a „line-cab on demand" is marked 
• the usage of a „line-cab on demand" has to be receipted to the driver.
