We would like to inform you about our General Statement of privacy as well a with the information on our Internet-based sales system (www.elros-leihen.de) about the intended use of the data provided by you.
All exchange of information on the Website www.elros-leihen.de runs via a secure Internet connection (https).
Whatwe do with your data?
The data that we receive from you, we use for our own purposes in order to present you our services as well as for the purpose of contract execution. Where necessary, the data is forwarded to companies that are involved as a contract data processor within the meaning of the Privacy Act on the contract implementation:

- Unitb consulting GmbH, Brunnenstraße 156, 10115 Berlin, Germany.
As part of the pilot project "elros – electric mobility in Rostock" a permanent online survey is carried out by the RSAG. Participation is voluntary. With the partial exception of the user declares his consent to an anonymous evaluation of the data collected.

Online order/payment method
In online ordering / payment process the following personal customer data is required and stored for winding down of the orders by elros customer card:
Your customer data is encrypted and stored in separate accounting program in connection with the completion of the order and contract settlement.
After completing the online payment process by credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA) the following payment data
are collected and forwarded to our payment partner B + S Card Service GmbH, Lyoner Str. 9, 60528 Frankfurt/Main, Germany. The transfer of data is carried out in 128-bit SSL encryption.
The system of B + S Card Service GmbH is according to the latest requirements of the German banking industry and the requirements of international payment systems (regulatory requirements) for the secure processing of e-commerce and mail order transactions.
The payment data is stored in the system of the B + S Card Service GmbH in accordance with the regulatory requirements. The B + S Card Service GmbH has contractually obliged over the RSAG to use the confidential data in accordance with Federal Data Protection Law exclusively for the provision of payment and not to third parties.
The system of the B + S Card Service GmbH forwards the transaction data on to a formal examination of the payment systems for authorization.
If the authorization for any reason is failed, you will receive a response. “The transaction could not be processed. Please use another payment method or try again.” Alternatively, you can return to your account on www.elros-leihen.de by clicking "Cancel".
If you choose the online payment process “giropay”, your payment data
is forwarded to the server of VÖB CVP Bank in Bonn, Germany. From there the request by “giropay” is forwarded to the bank of the payer. From this page the debtor is dissolving after entering PIN and TAN of a final online bank transfer in favor of elros credit account.
Your customer data is stored earmarked only to the extent strictly necessary to task performance. With the cancellation as a user of elros pedelec your customer information, including billing and rental data is locked.
It should be noted that under certain circumstances certain personal data may be deleted due to legal or commercial storage obligations only after a predetermined period. In this case, the data affected are blocked until the cancellation was carried out.
You have an extensive right to receive information about the data that the company Rostocker Straßenbahn AG stores about you.
